I woke up with a heavy heart and feeling emotionally down—my bet is it’s the hangover still clinging from Friday night’s outing, combined with no exercise since Thursday. Despite that, I was excited to finally switch out my stained shower liner with a brighter new one from Home Depot. Combined with scrubbing my tub on Saturday night, I’m pretty happy with giving my bathroom a solid clean.
After my Sunday grocery shopping, I put on the first Star Wars for the first time in years, inspired by my brother recently watching them all. I watched the fan edit, 4K77, made from old film reels, and I enjoyed watching it—unspecialized and full of that 70s grain in all its glory.
Planning to end the evening with my about-quarterly favorite meditation—usually my go-to remedy when I’m feeling a bit lost.
