Company lunch today with colleagues who live in the nearby vicinity. Today's chosen spot: the return to the all-you-can-eat lunch special at Here Fishy Fishy in Koreatown. We went to town! Thank you to all the fish who sacrificed their lives for our hunger today. Semi-fasting yesterday with only a smoothie paid off.
It's after 6pm and I'm still full. But I ate a lot of sushi protein and it cannot go wasted: gotta make it to the gym before it closes.
