First journal entry of the year, LFG! It was a rainy, lazy day except for me starting to slowly prepare for the move, which is currently the discarding stage. Today was mostly clothes. Even as an attempting minimalist, I still have too many things and am excited to lose this stuff.
The great discarding will continue into the weekend. As The Drums say in that one song, "The less you own, the more freedom you have."
Besides that? I went out to the gym, canceling my membership at the end of the month, and had leftover NYE sandwhiches for dinner. Tonight's movie is Streets of Fire, which includes early 20s Willem Dafoe, Rick Moranis, and Bill Paxton. AND Diane Lane has a hot 80s rocker babe.
The trailer is the greatest movie trailer I've ever seen and I am expecting a good time from this film.
