Tuesday
I've always associated autumn with coffee shops, probably because of all-day study sessions and how my friends and I used to spend hours at Panera Bread back when it was still a decent establishment. In 2021, when I went back to college to finish my degree, my first semester also started in autumn, and I had an entire rotation of K-town cafes where I'd study after working from home all day.
Since moving to Taipei, I've only had one cafe that I frequent regularly, but they have two-hour limits unless I purchase more items, AND they close pretty early.
Well, that's all changed. I've started frequenting this wonderful spot called Singularity Co Working Space, which is a three-story cafe! The first floor is a normal cafe, the second floor is a study space, and the third floor is a mix of both. The space is huge and has a comfy, rustic vibe, with a lot of cool events throughout the week. I've always loved cafes that also somewhat feel like an old library or book study.
For $200 TWD (about $6 USD), I can stay for two hours with UNLIMITED coffee and snacks. Every additional hour I want to stay is another $50 TWD. Oh boy.
I am very thankful to have found this place, ESPECIALLY in autumn. With the nice weather lately, me dusting off my flannel shirts for the season, this cafe find arrived at the perfect time.
